iPad, legal trouble on the way?

Less then 48 hours in the spotlight for iPad the multi-touch tablet, speculations rising that Apple could already be facing legal action. Hardware manufactures Fujitsu and STMicro both may have something to say about Apple using the name “iPad” for the new device.
