Only the iPad will support typical e-reader content PLUS extended content, such as video, author’s audio comments, web links, etc. It will bring reading into the 21st century. Other media sites have announced plans to support the iPad as well: The Wall Street Journal, Conde Magazine publishers, and more. It kills me to have to wait until late April to get the 3G/GPS version. But maybe that model will have a camera (hint).
